Dear Jude,

I’m so sorry for your loss! The first thing that Pal told me was that he is an old soul who chose to come into your life as a guide. He helped you to be who you were meant to be; you would not be the same person if he hadn’t been in your life. Pal mentioned that he came into your life at a time when you really needed him, and he was always there for you. Your relationship was far deeper than that of a typical horse and rider.

Pal said that he had a very paternal bent to his personality. In the Spirit World he is acting as a teacher for younger souls, just as he was your teacher. Pal feels that his soul’s mission is to instill lessons of patience, understanding, wisdom, and compassion. He said that everyone who encountered him in his incarnation with you loved him and recognized that he was special.

Pal would like you to know that there are concrete ways you can honor his legacy, such as teaching children some of the lessons he taught you about friendship and compassion. Perhaps you could volunteer with disadvantaged children, helping them to learn about kindness to animals through interacting with horses. According to Pal, you will know what to do and shouldn’t second guess yourself. He suggested that you can still access his wisdom by asking yourself what he would do, or what he would want you to do, in any given situation.

Pal thanks you for continuing to hold him so close in your heart, and for keeping physical reminders of him near you. He is always with you, watching over you in Spirit rather than guiding you in the physical now. He checks in on you often, and is aware of the events of your life. In fact, he asked me to mention a young female relative who is in need of special attention and love right now. Hopefully you will know who this is. Pal also showed me an image of a winged horse, and said that if I tell you about it you’ll understand its meaning.

Pal is having a wonderful time in the Spirit World, enjoying being able to journey wherever he chooses without limits or boundaries. He sends you his love, and a gentle reminder that he’s still listening, that you can still talk to him and he will hear you. Perhaps you’ve already met with him on the dream plane. If not, just set the intention to do so each night and place paper and pen by your bedside, and you’ll soon find yourself reunited with your beloved friend.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to communicate with such a special, wise soul!
