Don’t rush in November, and it will be a much more pleasant month. 

The collage that is November: Dreams and visions are getting sharper. Why are there so many new beginnings now, you might wonder? Rainbows, change, rain, new beginnings…so many new flowers! More times in positive territory; November can feel oddly like Spring. 

November 1st, Mercury goes into Scorpio:  Communication is frequent, quick, and deep, followed by Venus conjunct Mars for a fruitful, potentially sexy Monday the 2nd. The first week can feel intense. Fabulous, unexpected events can materialize. 

November 11th, Veterans Day, is a new moon in Scorpio, and there could be talk of changes for veterans that improve their lives.   

After midnight on November 17th, you can view the Leonids meteor showers (just look up, they happen all over), the exclamation point on a naturally confident day.  Neptune goes direct on the 18th, and visions are less plagued with doubts. These couple of days are a good time to make your point and try to get what you want.  

It’s a full moon in Gemini on Thanksgiving, signifying lots of travel and a great weekend for socializing and catching up. 

Also on Thanksgiving, Saturn squares Neptune, but this “hard aspect” is cast in a positive light: an intense ride through life that gets our building brains (Saturn) and our visionary imagination (Neptune) on track with each other, to produce fulfilling results. What’s most important is that you’re emotionally invested in what you’re trying to accomplish, enabling you to rise to the challenge. 

Saturn square Neptune is pretty sure to bring a big challenge. It says that assuming responsibility for our own self is crucial to the success of our dreams. We will be able to how to accomplish our goals, and be especially challenged by the tasks our destiny, ideals, and dreams ask of us. We might respond by denying or just not doing what we need to do. Or, we might come up with new systems and solutions life seems to be demanding. You will be exhilarated at the finish line!

Another potential of this aspect can happen where collective misery is on display, and people are restricted or have been dealt some blow. Grass-roots movements and game-changers who are ennobled to do something it will be digging in hard and lighting fires anywhere and everywhere for their cause. Nobody’s giving up! 

For the Fire signs, Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius:  You could be officially done with something, yet officially taking on a new role…maybe both at once. There’s an identity change, and one that can benefit you financially. Don’t ask a lot of questions, just take what’s offered. Take opportunities: you’ll grow into them even if you don’t really see yourself in them yet.

For the Water signs, Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces: It’s a fortunate time to begin health improvement campaigns and adopt the things your body likes a lot better. It’s a good month to create the personal orders you prefer and straighten things out so your life is easier to move around in.  A time of taking care of personal business and making life more pleasant. 

For the Air signs, Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius:  Your story: Once upon a time you thought only certain things were possible for you, and you knew the rules. And living life according to the rules…but still, this brought you to an unexpected, unimagined, and more magical place, because whatever you were taught, didn’t cover all that life apparently held for you, and your life was enriched immeasurably by this discovery. 

For the Earth signs, Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn: You are willing to make sacrifices for art, for love, for brand new possibilities, for a new state of mind that’s more peaceful…you probably change more this month than you have in years. Your mood improves with a capital “I”.
