My approach to psychotherapy synthesizes holistic, spiritual and psychoanalytic modes of understanding and working. I help my clients deal with current difficulties and feelings, release "old pain" to allow the natural growth process to proceed, change dysfunctional patterns which block fulfillment, and empower themselves through awareness and choice. Many years of spiritual practice and explorations in spirituality and holistic health contribute to my approach to the work. Thirty years' experience; Master's degrees in Psychology and Social Work; certified in Interpersonal Psychoanalysis; certified in Resonance Repatterning®, (formerly known as Holographic Repatterning).
