Training Yoga instructors since 1995 in the classical tradition of Raja Yoga as taught by the sages of India; with equal emphasis on asana (poses), pranayama (breath awareness practices) and meditation to promote spiritual growth. We teach as we are.

Length of Program: 200 hour program is 10 months, 500 hour program is 2 years
Tuition:
$2200 for 200 hour, $3000 for 500 hour
Pre-requisites:
some yoga experience and a lot of interest; please see website

Breathing Time Yoga is a communnity where people are nourished physically and spiritually. We offer yoga as affordable healthcare with a diversity of classes for a diversity of individuals. We teach yoga as a path to equanimity and grace. We offer group classes and private yoga sessions. Our teacher training is in the Viniyoga tradition of Desikachar, which recognizes the uniqueness of each student’s starting point, ability, and goals and will prepare you to teach a diversity of students. Start where you are with over 45 classes per week at all levels. Our Yoga Teacher Training Program requires one year of practice or more, application, and costs $2900 (financial aid may be available based on application and need). 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training Certificate is awarded upon completion.
